Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a separate search copy. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.

Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs, which may include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate activity to maintain the site and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Collected Data
That limited data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create profiles about individual readers.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Orange County and California offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted on those sites is controlled by their policies rather than ours. The same is true for sponsored results supplied by a third party.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but otherwise do not share visitor data.
Safeguards and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the uses described here. Because there are no reader accounts, we hold no site password or account profile for you.
Visitors Under Age 18
This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted personal data so we can remove it.
California Privacy Choices
California residents may have rights to know, correct, or delete covered personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Because we retain little, a request normally involves checking contact mail and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Public records held by Huntington Beach, Orange County, or California agencies remain under each custodian’s control. California residents may also use the California Privacy Protection Agency’s DROP mechanism for participating data-broker deletion requests under the Delete Act.
